3. Products and Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products, including colours, fabrics, and designs, as accurately as possible.
  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Size guides are provided for reference. Customers are encouraged to review them carefully before ordering.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and inform you before dispatch.
  • Delivery charges are additional and are shown or confirmed at the time of order.

5. Placing an Order

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once it has been verified and accepted by our team.
  • We may confirm orders through WhatsApp, phone, or email. Please ensure your contact details are correct and reachable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify customer details.
  • Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they are dispatched.

6. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.
  • You agree to pay the full amount due, including the product price and delivery charges.
  • For online or advance payments, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • Orders may be held or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to every order.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
  • Rose Ray is not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, or by the customer being unreachable.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

9. Custom and Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom-stitched or made-to-measure orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media channels, including the Rose Ray name, logo, designs, photographs, videos, text, and graphics, is the property of Rose Ray and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content, including for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
